PCB Prototyping

EPD Electronics can quickly build prototypes of your new product so you can test out your new design. We can help you with the engineering design and layout, or we can help you with just the prototyping phase using a design that you provide to us.

Prototype Process:

You provide us with the Gerber files, electronic bill of materials, and a list of any parts that you plan to supply. We take care of ordering the parts and PC boards and inspecting them on receipt. We can usually find parts to be available within 1-2 weeks of order, and can build prototypes within 1 week of receipt of parts.

Documentation Review:

For new products, EPD Electronics plays a valuable role in reviewing customer documentation and finding discrepancies.

Mid-Stream Changes:

We are very flexible and can deal with mid-stream changes or problems inherent to prototypes.

Sourcing:

With our sourcing networks, and proprietary in-house materials management software, EPD Electronics can identify and locate substitute parts to keep the project on-time.
