February 1, 1994, ESCP Corp. was founded as a material-handling manufacturer of steel protective shipping and storage racks for customers throughout the United States.
Then, ESCP Corp. purchased the former GBE Ltd. assets in Mediapolis, Iowa. At that time, manufacturing was limited to metal cutting, welding and painting in a 30,000 square foot facility. As the cnc machining and custom metal fabrication production demands grew, outside facilities had to be leased in order to meet production requirements.
In 2003, production demands increased and ESCP Corp. expanded by moving to a larger, 100,000 square foot facility in Davenport, Iowa. With this move, machines were purchased to help aid in the expanded manufacturing processes for precision laser cutting, metal forming, metal stamping, and more. As a result, ESCP Corp. had greatly expanded their cnc machining and custom metal fabrication capabilities even more.
Now, this custom machining and metal fabrication shop makes production and service parts for several Fortune 500 Companies, as well as, for other companies. ESCP Corp. continues our material handling line for customers throughout the US , as well as, other countries.
