Matcon’s primary role is designing and manufacturing custom industrial racks that provide a durable solution to manufacturers for storing or transporting products. We focus on the core structure of the rack and identify the best design to meet the application both in strength and durability. We go beyond fabrication and focus on providing solutions to our customers.
We take the time to understand, your entire situation, the environment, the stresses, the tolerances that are required to design a rack solution. We use 3D design engineering to develop the core structure that will best work in the application and environment. From there, we build a prototype, and test it, to ensure it will meet the requirements and will be repeatable.
We fabricate the rack in accordance to the design using the right materials and fabrication methods to produce a rack that is purpose built and durable to last for years.
